Exchange Policy

At Santi Homoeo, we ensure that every product is carefully packed and delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order, our exchange policy is outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
The product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
2. Exchange Request Timeframe
You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging

4. Exchange Process
Once your request is verified:
- We will arrange pickup (if available), or guide you on the return process
- The replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days
5. Non-Exchangeable Cases
Exchange will not be applicable if:
- Product has been used or opened
- Exchange request is raised after 48 hours
- Damage caused due to misuse
- Incorrect address provided by customer
6. Availability of Replacement
If the requested product is unavailable:
- An alternative product may be offered, or
- A refund may be processed as per our Refund Policy
