At Santi Homoeo, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of healthcare and homoeopathic products, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The product received is damaged
- An incorrect item was delivered
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
- Packaging images (if applicable)
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- The refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Product used or opened
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Delayed delivery due to courier issues
- Minor packaging damage without product damage
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
